Ticket validity

Tickets are valid for the full day of the selected visit.

Refunds

Unused tickets may be refunded.

Once a ticket has been activated, it is non-refundable.

Refund requests must be submitted through the official ticketing provider.

General conditions

• Tickets must be presented at the point of entry.
• Tickets may not be resold.
• Optional extras are subject to separate availability and conditions.
• Visitors must follow instructions from Nature Reserve staff.
• Attraction access may change due to safety, maintenance, weather or operational requirements.
• Children must remain under appropriate adult supervision.
• Feeding or touching the Barbary macaques is prohibited.
• The operator may refuse entry or remove visitors whose behaviour creates a safety risk.
